Baby it'scold outside. Remember to cover from head to toe, stop cold invasion. Warm up today with nice cup of tea, coffee or hot cocoa.
Don't forget to stretch it out today. Relax the muscles that we work so hard through out the day. Release the tension in your body, the work will get done without the stress.
Tickle me moment: Have a snow ball fight, trace your name in the snow. Remember to smile, we will never see this day again. Live in the moment :)

Stretching is a very important part of your day. When you have decided to hit that snooze button one more time, take this time to stretch out while lying in your bed. Listen to your body, if something aches it needs your attention.
